The staff here is excellent and the location is wonderful, just a short distance from a waterfront aquarium and right by the harbor, with a 28-minute drive to the airport.

The food is outstanding and excellent. the super-friendly and extremely polite staff provides amazing service. the location is particularly good and beautiful, really close to shops and restaurants in Ucluelet.

The hotel is in a great and stunning location, within walking distance from shops, restaurants, Ucluelet harbour, and the town center. I booked a quiet room with a balcony and had a very nice view of the harbour. - the staff were pleasant and welcoming. - There is easy access to Raven Lady from the hotel.
